B. Rajani, born to be an educator and a researcher, embarked on her academic journey with a strong foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE). She completed her B.Tech in EEE from S.I.S.T.A.M. College of Engineering, Srikakulam, affiliated with JNTU Hyderabad, in 2002. Her dedication to the field was evident from her early academic performances, securing 65.89% in her undergraduate studies.Rajani pursued her Master’s in Engineering (M.E) with a specialization in Power Systems & Automation from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, completing it in 2008 with an impressive 71.06%. Her academic excellence was further solidified with a Ph.D. in Power System Operation and Control from S.V. University College of Engineering, Tirupati, awarded in November 2015. Her research during this period laid the groundwork for her future contributions to the field of power systems.

She then served as an Associate Professor at MJR College of Engineering and Technology, Piler, from June 2013 to December 2015, and later as a Professor at Siddharth Institute of Engineering and Technology, Puttur, from December 2015 to May 2018.Rajani’s journey continued as an Associate Professor at PRAGATI Engineering College, Surampalem, from June 2018 to August 2019. Currently, she is a Professor at Aditya College of Engineering & Technology, Surampalem, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, a position she has held since August 2019.
