Subsequently, she pursued higher education in the realm of Bioinformatics, achieving a Post-Graduate Diploma from Bioinformatics Institute of India (BII), an MSc from Sikkim Manipal University, and culminated her academic pursuits with a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from King George’s Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, UP, India.

Her professional trajectory is diversified, comprising roles in academia, research, and certifications. She started as a Web Designer at K. Vision Technologies, New Delhi, gaining practical exposure in web designing. Later, she delved into research at the Biomedical Informatics Centre (BIC), RMRIMS (ICMR), Patna, specializing in structure-based drug designing. Her academic career encompasses three years as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biotechnology, Hindu College, Moradabad, U.P, affiliated with M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.
Contributions and Research Focus in Bioinformatics :
Her research journey has been predominantly centered around Bioinformatics, specifically in the domain of structure-based drug design and genomics. Her Ph.D. work on "Structure-based design of novel therapeutics for the treatment of squamous cell carcinomas by targeting hGPR87 protein in Humans" at KGMU, Lucknow, showcases her dedication to contributing innovative solutions in cancer therapeutics. Currently, as a Research Associate-III (Bioinformatics) at the National Institute for Plant Biotechnology (NIPB), ICAR, she is involved in the project titled "Network project on translational genomics in Crop Plants," furthering her expertise in translational genomics.
