Dr. G. Boopathy’s academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University in 2002. He then pursued a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering at the MIT Campus of Anna University, which he completed in 2008. His scholarly path culminated with a Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering from St. Peter’s Institute of Higher Education and Research in 2023. His doctoral research focused on the “Characterization of Composite Materials with Finite Element Approach and Optimization Studies.”

His research also included optimizing injection molding process parameters using the Taguchi technique. His Master’s research focused on the fatigue analysis of laminated composite plates embedded with piezoelectric materials, validated through experimental and finite element methods using ANSYS software.
