Moniba Rahim embarked on her academic journey with a strong foundation in the sciences, earning a B.Sc (Hons.) in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, U.P. (2006-2009), where she graduated as a Gold Medallist. Her passion for biotechnology led her to pursue an M.Sc in Biotechnology at Integral University, Lucknow (2009-2011), where she again excelled, achieving a Silver Medal. Her dissertation, “Mechanistic insights of quartz nanoparticles induced cytogenotoxicity in human lung epithelial cells,” conducted at IITR, Lucknow, U.P., set the stage for her future research endeavors. Moniba’s academic pursuits culminated in a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Integral University, Lucknow (2011-2017).
