Dr. Chetan S. Mistry began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Surat in 2000. He further specialized with a Master of Engineering in Turbomachinery from the same institution in 2003, graduating as the batch topper. He crowned his academic excellence with a Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay in July 2014. His Ph.D. thesis titled “Experimental Investigations on the Performance of a Contra Rotating Fan Stage Under Clean and Distorted Inflow Conditions” reflects his deep engagement with turbomachinery dynamics and experimental fluid mechanics.
