Dr. Mohan furthered his studies, completing an M.Phil. in Inorganic Chemistry at the University of Delhi and later achieving a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry with a specialization in Chemical Sensors from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.

With over 13 years of professional and research experience, he has been actively involved in academia and research. He has been serving as an Associate Professor at K. R. Mangalam University, Gurugram, where he is dedicated to teaching and guiding Ph.D., M.Sc., and B.Sc. students. Prior to this, he held the position of Assistant Professor at the same university for a decade. His research journey includes a significant tenure as a Research Fellow at GGSIP University, Delhi.
