Rathod and Prof. Dr. M.M.V.Ramana at Mumbai University, where he delved into the synthesis, molecular docking, and biological applications of novel organic moieties. His pursuit of excellence began with a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from Mumbai University, where he distinguished himself as a gold medalist at the B.Sc. level.

His dedication to advancing the field of Organic Chemistry is reflected in his extensive teaching experience spanning over 7 years. He has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at esteemed institutions such as St. Xavier’s, Bhavan’s H. Somani, and currently, Jai Hind College. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise as a visiting faculty for MSc courses at Ruia and Patkar colleges. His commitment to academia is further underscored by his involvement as a resource person at Jai Hind College, where he has facilitated numerous chemistry-related events.
