He started as a Graduate Engineer at Larson and Toubro and transitioned into academia, joining Punjab Engineering College as a Lecturer before contributing significantly at NIT Kurukshetra. Progressing through the ranks, he held positions as a Lecturer, Associate Professor, and currently serves as a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at NIT Kurukshetra.
