Dr. Nageswari N is an accomplished civil engineering academic and researcher specializing in structural engineering and sustainable construction materials. She holds advanced degrees in civil and structural engineering, culminating in a doctoral qualification that focused on high-strength self-healing concrete using bio-based and nano-engineered materials. Her professional experience spans academic teaching and intensive research roles, where she has contributed to curriculum delivery, mentoring, and advanced laboratory investigations in civil engineering. Her core research interests include bacterial bio-concrete, self-healing concrete systems, nano- and micro-biomass–based cementitious materials, carbon nanotube and graphene-enhanced concrete, artificial intelligence applications in construction materials, and advanced durability assessment of sustainable infrastructure. Dr G. Deepana is an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering whose research expertise spans ferrocement technology, sustainable concrete composites, waste‐based materials and structural durability. She has earned a PhD in Civil Engineering from Anna University, after completing an M.E. in Structural Engineering and a B.E. in Civil Engineering. With key interest areas including concrete technology, structural materials and design of reinforced concrete elements, she has published in leading peer‐reviewed journals (for example, on structural behaviour of ferrocement wall panels) and numerous conference proceedings. According to Google Scholar she currently holds an h-index of 2 with a total citation count of 11. She has also been granted multiple patents for eco-friendly concrete and brick products, serves as a peer reviewer in esteemed journals, and brings hands-on teaching and laboratory experience in material testing, environmental engineering and structural labs.
