Moh Mahatab is a Research Scholar in Civil Engineering whose work centers on fatigue and fracture behavior of welded joints in high-strength steel, with emphasis on improving fatigue performance through impact treatment and developing reliability-based design approaches for safer structural applications. He holds a postgraduate qualification in Structural Engineering and has contributed to several consultancy assignments involving structural design vetting and seismic retrofitting. His early research experience includes working as a Junior Research Fellow on a national project focused on seismic risk assessment of Indian cities, which strengthened his analytical foundation in structural safety. Dr G. Deepana is an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering whose research expertise spans ferrocement technology, sustainable concrete composites, waste‐based materials and structural durability. She has earned a PhD in Civil Engineering from Anna University, after completing an M.E. in Structural Engineering and a B.E. in Civil Engineering. With key interest areas including concrete technology, structural materials and design of reinforced concrete elements, she has published in leading peer‐reviewed journals (for example, on structural behaviour of ferrocement wall panels) and numerous conference proceedings. According to Google Scholar she currently holds an h-index of 2 with a total citation count of 11. She has also been granted multiple patents for eco-friendly concrete and brick products, serves as a peer reviewer in esteemed journals, and brings hands-on teaching and laboratory experience in material testing, environmental engineering and structural labs. Recognised for her academic achievements and awards, she actively contributes to teaching, mentoring and research in civil engineering.
