B. Rajani, born to be an educator and a researcher, embarked on her academic journey with a strong foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE). She completed her B.Tech in EEE from S.I.S.T.A.M. College of Engineering, Srikakulam, affiliated with JNTU Hyderabad, in 2002. Her dedication to the field was evident from her early academic performances, securing 65.89% in her undergraduate studies.Rajani pursued her Master’s in Engineering (M.E) with a specialization in Power Systems & Automation from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, completing it in 2008 with an impressive 71.06%. Her academic excellence was further solidified with a Ph.D. in Power System Operation and Control from S.V. University College of Engineering, Tirupati, awarded in November 2015. Her research during this period laid the groundwork for her future contributions to the field of power systems.

🏢Professional Endeavors

With a rich teaching career spanning over 17 years, Rajani has imparted knowledge and guided numerous students through their academic and professional journeys. Her teaching career commenced as a Lecturer at Thandrapaparaya Polytechnic College, Bobbili, from October 2002 to March 2003. She then moved to Avanthi Institute of Engineering & Technology, Vizag, where she served as an Assistant Professor in two stints: from June 2003 to November 2004 and October 2007 to November 2008.Rajani’s career trajectory continued to ascend as she joined Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology, Chittoor, as an Assistant Professor from December 2008 to April 2010. Her roles expanded and evolved as she worked as a full-time research scholar from June 2010 to May 2013, dedicating herself to advancing her research in power systems. She then served as an Associate Professor at MJR College of Engineering and Technology, Piler, from June 2013 to December 2015, and later as a Professor at Siddharth Institute of Engineering and Technology, Puttur, from December 2015 to May 2018.Rajani’s journey continued as an Associate Professor at PRAGATI Engineering College, Surampalem, from June 2018 to August 2019. Currently, she is a Professor at Aditya College of Engineering & Technology, Surampalem, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, a position she has held since August 2019. Her tenure at Aditya College has been marked by significant contributions to academia, recognized through her ratification as a Professor by JNTUK Kakinada.
