Dr. Namrata Bist is an accomplished energy engineering researcher and Assistant Professor in the Department of Petroleum Engineering at Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar. With a Ph.D. focused on sustainable energy systems, she has developed strong expertise in geothermal energy, CO₂–EOR, hydrogen blending, carbon storage, reservoir modeling, and machine learning applications in subsurface engineering. Dr. Bist has authored more than 40 high-impact publications in reputed international journals and conferences, reflecting her commitment to advancing clean and efficient energy technologies. She has played key roles as PI, Co-PI, and Project Coordinator in several prestigious research projects funded by the Government of Gujarat, MNRE, Shell Energy India, and U.S.-based Project Inner Space, bridging academic insights with industrial relevance. Her research interests include hybrid renewable energy systems, sustainable reservoir engineering, and AI-driven optimization in energy production. She actively mentors B.Tech and M.Tech scholars, fostering innovation and scientific thinking among young engineers. Recognized for her strong academic contributions, interdisciplinary collaborations, and forward-looking vision, Dr. Bist continues to contribute significantly to India’s clean energy transition and global engineering research community.
