Dr. Krushna Prasad Shadangi began his academic journey in Chemical Engineering with foundational studies in Odisha, advancing through rigorous programs at renowned Indian institutions. He pursued his Master’s in Chemical Engineering at NIT Rourkela, followed by a Ph.D. from IIT Guwahati, where his doctoral research focused on the thermal, catalytic, and co-conversion of non-edible oil seeds into pyrolytic oil—a study aligning closely with sustainable fuel technologies.

Dr. Shadangi has built over a decade-long academic career in Chemical Engineering. After a formative research role as a Junior Research Fellow at NIT Rourkela, he briefly served as Assistant Professor (Contractual) at MANIT Bhopal, before joining Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla in 2015. At VSSUT, he has played pivotal roles in teaching, laboratory development, and departmental coordination.
