Earning his Ph.D. in Professional Ethics, Dr. Goswami’s thesis has been archived in NASSDOC, ICSSR, New Delhi. His commitment to education was evident early on when he received a Central Government merit scholarship during his postgraduate studies from 1991 to 1993. Dr. Goswami boasts over twenty-eight years of experience in teaching, research, curriculum planning, and administration across various educational institutions, including public and private universities and B-Schools. Currently, he serves as a Senior Professor in General Management, HR & Strategy at Alliance School of Business, Alliance University, Bengaluru. His roles include heading the IQAC and guiding the second cycle of IACBE compliance for the school. He teaches a diverse range of subjects, such as Business Strategy, Business Research Methods, Business Model Generation, and Entrepreneurship & New Venture Creation, in both BBA and MBA programs.His previous role as Professor-HR & Director-QAA at Universal Business School, Maharashtra, showcased his ability to lead and manage academic programs effectively. He has been actively involved in strategic planning, accreditation processes, and administrative improvements, demonstrating his expertise in enhancing educational standards and governance.
