Prof. Sachidanand Singh’s research focuses on bioinformatics, network biology, plant biotechnology, and computational drug discovery, with significant contributions to disease pathway analysis, genome-wide association studies, and next-generation sequencing data interpretation. His work integrates molecular modeling, protein–protein interaction networks, and systems biology to identify therapeutic targets for complex diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, neurodegenerative disorders, and infectious diseases. He has led and contributed to SERB- and state-funded projects, holds multiple international and Indian patents, and has published extensively in high-impact, Scopus- and SCI-indexed journals, advancing translational research in biotechnology and biomedical informatics.
