His academic pursuit continued at the LARPM R&D wings of CIPET, Bhubaneswar, where he specialized in Polymer Nanotechnology, completing his Master of Technology in 2011. His commitment to advancing his expertise culminated in a PhD in Chemical Engineering & Technology from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, completed in 2018.

Starting as a QC Officer at U-Flex Ltd. (Film Division) in Noida, he handled various aspects of quality assurance and new polymeric film development. He then served as a Project Fellow at Birla Institute of Technology, focusing on novel nanocomposite materials.

He transitioned to industry roles, contributing to new product development at Prayag Polytech Pvt. Ltd., Deep Plast Industry, and Coraplast Industry, where he developed masterbatch compounds and tackled innovative projects such as biodegradable masterbatches and sustainable biopolymers. His role as a Research Associate at IIT Guwahati further solidified his expertise, focusing on sustainable materials and microplastic pollution research.
