Early Academic Pursuits
He began his academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India, in 2011. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Amrita University, Amritapuri, Kerala, India, in 2013. His academic pursuits culminated in a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Vellore Institute of Technology, Tamil Nadu, Vellore, India, in 2023.
Professional Endeavors
His professional journey encompasses various roles, showcasing a progressive career. He served as a Junior Application Scientist at Innovative Informatica, Vijayawada, India, in January 2014. Subsequently, he joined VIT Vellore, India, initially as a Junior Research Fellow under DST-SERB project from 2014 to 2016 and later as a Teaching cum Research Associate from 2016 to 2019. Currently, he holds the position of Assistant Professor at REVA University, Department of Biotechnology, Bengaluru, India, since August 2021.

He has made significant contributions to the field of Bioinformatics, focusing on diverse areas such as Transcriptomics, Exome, CHIP, Genomics, Proteomics, Computational biology, Computational drug design, Systems biology, Structural Bioinformatics, Molecular dynamics simulations, Next Generation Sequencing, and Omics. His research work demonstrates a deep engagement with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in the rapidly evolving field of bioinformatics.

His dedication and excellence in research were acknowledged through several awards and fellowships. In 2018, he received the Research award at Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India. Additionally, he was awarded the First Prize in the National conference cum workshop on “Frontiers in Biological Sciences” in 2018, organized by the Department of Bioinformatics, VISTAS, Chennai.

He actively supervised and mentored students during his tenure at VIT Vellore, guiding six M.Sc. students and four B.Tech. students in their projects. His proficiency in various technical skills, including NGS, Transcriptomics, Exome, WGS, structure-based drug design, MD simulations, R, PYTHON, C, C++, JAVA, PERL, CGI-PERL, HTML, Schrodinger Maestro software, Gromacs software, and Auto dock tools, underscores his versatile expertise.
