She also took on the role of Quality Improvement Co-Coordinator, showcasing her versatility and leadership in improving hospital processes and patient care.Her professional journey also included a significant contribution to the XIX Commonwealth Games in Delhi, where she was an integral part of the Hospital Emergency Care Team. Her involvement from October 3 to October 14, 2010, was pivotal in managing emergency health services during the high-profile event.Since January 2022, Ms. Thuileiphy has served as a Tutor/Clinical Instructor at the College of Nursing, AIIMS. In this role, she has been imparting her knowledge in Child Health Nursing and Nursing Education to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, preparing the next generation of nurses with essential skills and knowledge.
