Dr. (Mr.) Roopsandeep Bammidi is a researcher and academician specializing in Biomechanical Engineering, Microswimmers, Microfluidics, Computational Material Science, and Artificial Intelligence-driven Engineering Applications. His ongoing Ph.D. work at NIT Andhra Pradesh focuses on the design and development of bioinspired Ocimum Sanctum–Graphene helical microswimmers, aimed at improving mobility and controlled agitation in microfluidic channels, contributing to future advancements in targeted drug delivery, lab-on-chip systems, and micro-robotics. He has published research articles in Elsevier, MDPI, Springer, and Trans Tech Publications, and has presented his work at several national and international conferences, including NIT Warangal, NIT Meghalaya, IITDM Kancheepuram, and Vienna, Austria. His research contributions extend into composite biomaterials, micro-motion behavior, tribology, and fluid-structure interactions at microscale dimensions.
