As the Chairman of the Department of Studies in Physics & Electronics at Karnatak University (2020–2022), he spearheaded departmental progress, achieving an “A” grade accreditation. His tenure as Registrar (Evaluation & Administration) at VSK University, Ballari, witnessed the opening of new postgraduate departments. Similarly, at Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women’s University, he significantly enhanced administrative operations by completing pending work and appointing 33 faculty members within a year.
