Currently, he serves as a Senior Professor in General Management, HR & Strategy at Alliance School of Business, Alliance University, Bengaluru. His roles include heading the IQAC and guiding the second cycle of IACBE compliance for the school. He teaches a diverse range of subjects, such as Business Strategy, Business Research Methods, Business Model Generation, and Entrepreneurship & New Venture Creation, in both BBA and MBA programs.His previous role as Professor-HR & Director-QAA at Universal Business School, Maharashtra, showcased his ability to lead and manage academic programs effectively.
