Sushil Kumar is a dedicated researcher in Human Resources Management whose work explores the interface of workplace spirituality, employee well-being and organisational commitment. Mohd Yasir Arafat is a distinguished academic and researcher in commerce and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Assistant Professor at Aligarh Muslim University.
