Dr. Ravichandra Sadam’s academic journey began with his undergraduate studies in Computer Technology at Priyadarshini College of Engineering and Architecture, Nagpur University. His passion for the field of computer science led him to pursue a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur. Building on this foundation, he earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the prestigious National Institute of Technology Warangal (NITW). Over the years, he has ascended through various roles, serving as a Lecturer (Sr. Scale) from July 2005 to January 2006, Assistant Professor from January 2006 to March 2018, and currently as an Associate Professor since March 2018. Solving Discrete Logarithm Problem over GF(2^n) Using Quasi-Polynomial Time Algorithm: This project, funded by the Scientific Analysis Group of DRDO, New Delhi, explores advanced algorithms for solving complex cryptographic problems. Dr. Sadam was a Co-Lead-PI, with the project extending over two years and a funding of ₹24.97 lakhs.
4. Development of Courseware for Advanced Operating Systems Design: Focused on designing secure operating systems and formal verifiability, this ongoing project has a budget of ₹14.67 lakhs, funded by the Information Security Education & Awareness Project (ISEAP) – Phase II. Dr. Sadam is the Lead-PI, supporting two postgraduate students.
